The way we choose to nourish our bodies will effect everything about us - how we feel, how we think, how we look and how we interact with others. Focus on fresh, whole, natural foods (no packets - food in its natural state like fruit and veggies) and lots and lots of water (at least 1L per 22kg of body weight per day).
The easiest and simplest way to reconnect back in with yourself is to sit quietly everyday and just breathe. That's it! It doesn't have to be hard, just ten minutes a day will bring you amazing benefits. By practising the art of mindfulness and gratitude, we learn to appreciate what we have in this moment. This gives us a different focus for our day and for our lives. Take time every day to be grateful for at least three things and try to be focused on whatever is happening in the present moment

By stopping to really think about the choices we make we become more AWARE of what is really happening. This awareness is the first step towards CLARITY and if we have clarity then we have focus and direction and can move forwards in the direction we choose

Take a minute to write down your own set of values. What's really important to you (love, freedom, trust, etc)? Your values are the most important things in your life. You will make the right choices if you are ALWAYS true to them
LIVE FROM WITHIN NOT FROM WITHOUT
Happiness, joy, fulfilment, bliss, whatever you want to call it comes from within, not from without. Nourish your inner world and experience a new sense of worth and happiness in your outer world

HAVE COURAGE AND COMMITMENT TO CHANGE
