Quick Quiz

Ask yourself  - What kind of Mum have I been today?

If you find yourself squirming just a little because words like overwhelmed, angry, impatient, unhappy, stressed, tired, irritated come up, then first off – don’t beat yourself up. We are all like that sometimes! We are human and we have to deal with a LOT of crap…

Ask yourself  - Would you have been better if you had spent some time on yourself?

If you had meditated/had a massage/taken a bath/caught up with friends/spent 20 minutes reading a book/gone for a walk in nature/taken some deep breaths/laughed?

If the answer is yes, then you already know how important you are and you already know that what I am saying is true.

Taking care of yourself means you will be better for your family.  I want to share what I have learned with you and I want you to live a calmer, peaceful more joyful life so that you can be truly AMAZING for yourself and for your kids and for your whole community! The journey starts with you…
