What is coaching all about?
Coaching is the process of moving you forward from where you are right now to where you want to be in the future. The coaching which I use - Rapid change coaching (RCT) uses a range of disciplines to align your internal and external channels to get you to that goal by tapping into your full potential.
Why I coach
I began my journey as a food and nutrition coach helping women to get more connected to their health and well-being, but I soon discovered that mindset and what you believe about yourself was what was really crucial to their success. I work with women who are often overwhelmed and unsure about who they truly are and what they want. Sometimes they just feel stuck in a rut and want some support to get back in the game.

What's the purpose of these 'strategies'?
It is essential that we are aligned both externally (tangible goals and plans) and internally (thought patterns and behaviour) if we want to get results.
The strategies used, such as time-line therapy and NLP help you to move past your 'blocks' so that you really start to see results. Your 'blocks' could be a negative belief about yourself that you have held for a long time, or we may identify negative patterns that have been creating your behaviours over and over keeping you stuck. Often you will not even be aware of them.
The good news is that once you do become aware of them, you can start eliminating them from your life and start creating real change.
Where and When?
All sessions are conducted via Zoom or by phone and run for approximately 1-2 hours. I work during school hours only.
The full program is 10 sessions ideally positioned 2 weeks apart. The time between each session gives you time to reflect on what you have learned and to do any exercises required. This has to be completed within 6 months.
I do not offer single sessions (apart from the initial clarity session) as the program is designed to build on what is learnt.
What do I do next?
The first step is to arrange your free clarity session so that you can get an idea of what coaching is all about and whether it is right for you.
Simply complete the form on the left and I will contact you to arrange a time. This is obligation free and enables us to both make sure we are the right "fit". Once the session is complete you can decide whether you are ready to commit to the sessions.
Cost is $75.00 per session. This is very reasonable for coaching so please do not ask for discounts. Your investment in your future is based on an upfront payment of 5 sessions ($350) or 10 sessions $750. Payment plans can be arranged at my discretion but I prefer commitment upfront as it means you are serious about getting the most from the process.
Commit to yourself and your future
This sounds cliche, but coaching is one of the best things I have ever done. The investment I made in myself was worth every penny. We spend money on shoes and clothes and other "stuff" but we often miss out the important, life changing things that can really make the difference. Don't hesitate - just jump in and do it. You won't regret it. Invest in yourself and the shoes will come!
